A BILL making a supplementary appropriation of public moneys out of the treasury from the balance of available federal moneys remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-four, to the department of agriculture, "Former" Account No. 7911, "WVFIMS" Account No., Fund No. 8736, fiscal year 1994, Organization No. 1400, supplementing and amending chapter one, acts of the Legislature, first extraordinary session, one thousand nine hundred ninety-three, known as the budget bill.
Whereas, The Governor has established the availability of federal moneys, receivable and available for expenditure in fiscal year 1993-1994, a portion of which is hereby appropriated by the terms of this supplementary appropriation bill; therefore
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That chapter one, acts of the Legislature, first extraordinary session, one thousand nine hundred ninety-three, known as the budget bill, be supplemented and amended thereafter to read as follows:

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to supplement this account in the budget bill for fiscal year 1993-1994 from the unappropriated balances by adding one hundred ninety thousand dollars to be available for expenditure upon passage of the bill.
